When you think of a doula, you might imagine someone who assists only during labor and delivery. But a doula’s role goes far beyond that. As a certified doula, I provide support before, during, and after birth, offering both emotional and practical guidance to make sure your experience is as smooth and empowering as possible.
Postpartum Care
Once the baby is born, I continue to provide support during the postpartum period. This includes revisiting your birth experience, helping with breastfeeding, and offering advice for navigating those first few weeks as a new parent. My role is to ensure that you feel supported and empowered throughout the entire process.
